1/21/2020 - on the phone helping idiots at the helpdesk currently on the phone right now and it’s 9:28AM on a Tuesday in this chilly cold office. I’m feeling hungry idk what to eat but I want a chicken wrap.
9:30am- just got off the phone, user waited all this time to think the computer is the monitors... I asked to turn the main computer on and she seemed shocked LOL. Come on, seriously who hires these people with these titles “office coordinator”. You should know how to turn on/off a computer.

Oh well that’s why there’s a helpdesk
